We provide full service pattern-making to international standards from start to finish.
01 Base Pattern
We custom make garment patterns based on your design and specifications. We can either draft the patterns off your existing garment samples, or from a sketch. All our patterns are made using CAD software, so they can be emailed straight to you or your manufacturer (NZ or offshore). Alternatively, if you require a paper pattern they can be printed off at your local print shop.
02 Grading
We can then grade the base patterns into any size range you request, we have many tried and true grading rules for adults and children. Alternatively, if you have certain rules or sizing increments you have used in your previous or current production, we're happy to work with your requests.
03 Spec sheets
For every pattern, we also create a production spec sheet specific to that style. The spec states all of your flat garment measurements, plus a list of all the grading rules, a linear sketch and basic construction notes. These sheets are ideal if you are outsourcing your sewing and bulk production.
